Brand New – Factory-sealed, unused products from manufacturers or authorized distributors
Open Box – Previously opened items in excellent working condition
Refurbished – pre-owned equipment tested and restored to working condition
Certified Refurbished – Professionally tested, certified, and quality-assured refurbished products

All product conditions are clearly specified in quotations and invoices. Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications before purchase.

4. Pricing & Quotations

All prices are provided on a quotation basis unless otherwise stated
Prices may vary based on market conditions, availability, and supplier changes
Quotations are valid for a limited time as mentioned in the offer
Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order acceptance

We reserve the right to update pricing before order confirmation.

5. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

An order is only considered confirmed when:

Written confirmation is issued by Beyond Limits Technologies
Product specifications, pricing, and terms are agreed upon
Payment terms are fulfilled as required

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.

6. Payments

Payment Restrictions

We do not accept:

Net Terms (Net 30, Net 60, etc.)
Cheques
Cash on Delivery (COD)

All payments must be completed as per agreed terms before processing or shipment unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product availability and destination
We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers, customs, or external circumstances
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing

8. Warranty Policy

We provide warranty coverage based on product condition and agreement:

Standard Warranty: 30 Days from the date of delivery
Extended Warranty: Available on select products ranging from 30 Days up to 1 Year depending on product type and agreement

Warranty details are clearly stated in the quotation or invoice.

Warranty does not cover:

Physical damage or misuse
Improper installation or handling
Unauthorized repairs or modifications

9. Returns & Replacement

Returns or replacements are only accepted under valid warranty claims or if the product is defective upon delivery. All claims must be reported within the applicable warranty period.

Returned items must be in original or equivalent condition for inspection and verification before approval of replacement or resolution.

10. Limitation of Liability

Beyond Limits Technologies shall not be held liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, or business interruption
Delays caused by third-party logistics or suppliers
Improper use or installation of products

Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
